Chinese New Year is here. Once again, air will be filled with zeal and joy. Parade, lavish meals, colorful and sparkling clothes will appear again to celebrate this festivity. We all know that one of the most important holidays in lunar calendar is Chinese new year so you can expect our Chinese brothers and sister to celebrate in their more grandiose way. And one of my favorite parts of the celebration is the delicious meals being cooked and prepared during this holiday.
