know that Christmas season is the time for happiness. The whole family and
relatives unite as one to celebrate this special day with joy and love to each

family. What if you try to cook together with your kids. There are many quick and easy to cook recipes
which is basically cook during Christmas. Additionally, it only requires

- A piece of warmed pudding
- 1 block white chocolate (melted)
- 12 pieces of ice-cream candy skewers
- 2 cups of toasted coconut (frayed)
Procedure:
- Cover up the tray using baking paper.
- Mold the pudding to make a ball-shape then put it in the tray
- Put the ice cream skewers in each ball-shape pudding
- Place skewers or sticks in each pudding ball.
- Rinse each ball-shape pudding in melted white chocolate then roll in toasted frayed coconut.
- Lastly, placed it into the refrigerator until the chocolate coated hardened.
Christmas cupcakes
Ingredients:

- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 cups of self-rising flour
- 2 cups of icing sugar
- 60 grams of butter
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
Procedures:
- Preheat the oven into 180°C.
- Mix the sugar and butter using a stand mixer or until it becomes fluffy and smooth.
- Add one piece egg at a time then mix well.
- Now, add the vanilla essence into the mixture then keep mixing.
- Stop the mixing process and then half cup of milk and add half of the flour into the mixing bowl. Combine the mixture until it is perfectly combined.
- Repeat the same process to the remaining milk and flour
- Fill 2/3 of each paper case then bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- To make an icing, mix up the icing sugar and cream butter until you get a spreadable, thick, and consistency mixture. If it s too thick, you can add some amount of water.
- Lastly, you can now customize your own cupcake design by spreading those icing as a toppings.
